A living compliance matrix: 11 categories — flag statutory, class, SOLAS, MARPOL, code, MLC, insurance, permits, corporate and legal, craft and toys, and other — covering ~95 required documents per yacht. Applicability is computed from your vessel's gross tonnage and profile: requirements that don't apply say why, and a Required-only toggle hides the noise. Smart Upload batch-OCRs a stack of documents and files each one against its requirement. Every requirement keeps its revision history. The Overview rolls up expiries from four sources — certificates, surveys and drydock, insurance, and crew STCW within 90 days — with sensitive rows redacted for regular crew.
